Please carefully review our Returns & Refunds Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

We only offer a full money back guarantee on products which fit under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained below.

RETURNS

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds for working products which have been purchased. If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know. However, we are unable to offer a refund for a simple change of mind or preference issue.

Faulty product

Our Returns & Refunds Policy gives you 7 days to see that it is working and functioning as it should without fault. You are eligible for a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase, if you find the product to be faulty.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all products must be packed in the original unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. 

REFUNDS

Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned article. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or refused. 

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method within 14 calendar days. If you have paid for the standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
