WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available BY APPOINTMENT on weekday during business hours (Monday-Friday between 9:00am-5:00pm.)
We offer various shipping options. Australia Post is our third-party shipping carrier and will be responsible for shipping our products to you.
Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on the address you enter. We offer Express Post and Parcel Post

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only and are given by Australia Post.
Once your order is packaged, you will receive a notification with your tracking number. Please Note: Shipping times are calculated from the time the package leaves our shop and is dispatched with Australia Post, not from the time you placed your order. The time taken to dispatch your order can take up to 10 business days (especially if you have requested printing and design for your sign)
DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We deliver Australia-Wide and to New Zealand. We do not ship internationally.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
